“My foreclosure defense has kept some of my clients in their homes for over 5 years and even in some rare instances I have got clients awarded full ownership of their home.”
- Charles W. Franklin
After being honorably discharged from the United States Marines, Charles W. Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree in administration of Justice in at George Mason University. He later earned his Juris Doctorate at Barry Univeristy Dwayne O. Andres School of Law.
In early 2008 Charles established The Freedom Law Firm which would specialize in foreclosure defense and personal injury claims. Knowing that most foreclosure defense clients are in no position to afford an expensive attorney, Charles and his firm offered his foreclosure defense services for $250.00 a month. He has successfully been able to keep some of his clients in their homes for over 5 years without a single mortgage payment.
